Got a bill for email service which i did not want. I called customer support a day after being billed and they refunded me the amount.

Namecheap Conversations App is a inefficient and very laim platform. It looks like it was built by amateurs. I am so surprised at the engineering team at Namecheap for launching this app.To make matters worse I find it hard to believe that no one at Namecheap is listening to their clients.How far is Namecheap willing to go before their income revenue numbers start to reflect a decline and are forced to reduce their employment staff numbers.

Setting up my domain, email accounts was great experience because of the real tech support. Web interface was very easy to understand and use.
