Customer Service has been replaced with customer abuse. Over reliance on ridiculous quazi AI and a mindless human help desk leaves one with endless logic loops and flawed security. I give up and will no longer use any Namecheap services or products.

Very bad experience.. I asked for a Domain to manage the buy/offer process. They stopped to doing there work at the middle of the process, no answer, no information. I paid for the service and didn't get anything. After months waiting, several emails and loosing my time to get my money back, they said that we had to make the refund request 30 days after starting the work (I was giving them more time to answer..). This is insane for a international company like them. I will not work anymore with them for nothing. Very very disappointed...

Awful awful awful........ stay away from. Been a customer for over 20 years and had enough. Moved my Hosting away from them, and pointed my DNS to the new provider, they then changed all my DNS to point to their own SiteBuilder tool when my hosting expired. Even they they shouldn't have, DO NOT USE Namecheap, SUPPORT IS TERRIBLE AND THEY CHANGE STUFF WITHOUT TELLING YOU.
