While our site was unsecure (http://) and our admin was not maintaining it at all, we were horribly HACKED. Namecheap staff were invaluable in upgrading us and installing SSL certificates (https://) while we rebuilt every page. Thank you, Namecheap!

I’ve had a very good experience with Namecheap ever since I got a domain in 2014. The tech support is amazing.

My account had been accessed by somebody, but didn't know who and there was no other evidence. Chris checked my accounts and that process helped me remember when I had tried to log in from another device. It was so helpful to have Chris check and see that everything else was okay.

This was my second experience with Namecheap’s support team and it was very satisfying as a new customer. My questions were answered in an expedient and professional manner.

I made an error in choosing .com instead of .org. Though she was in the Philippines (she asked questions about our charity and shared where she was from), no language barrier issues. She refunded and picked the correct domain for me. Great job!

The instructions were very clear, I was able to get my website up and published the first day. I never knew it could be so easy, should have done this much sooner!!! My friends were surprised that I did it myself. Customer service is excellent, always available and accommodating.

I was a loyal customer of Namecheap for years. Thought it would make sense to hire them to build a website for me. So despite all the good reviews about their other services, take it from me, my experience has been more then horrific. It has been an ongoing nightmare. The slick salesperson told me that a website could be completed in 3- 4 weeks since I had the photos, the colors, the context etc ready to give them. He took my money upfront and I waited to be contacted for my first phone appt. Once contacted I was told my first phone appt would be 2 weeks out. Ok, no problem but then they GHOSTED me on that appt. Ok, I will dismiss this and move on. It happened again. Ok, let's just get this website done. So each of the next actual phone appts were with a different person who would then tell the "design team" what corrections were needed. I woud then have to wait another 7-10 days for the next appt to view the site. Meanwhile I received text messages many times saying that my website was ready to publish. Anxiously I would look at the site ony to find nothing, nada, had been corrected. More misspelled words, incomplete sentences and pages of content missing. I have spent the last 6 weeks begging, pleading, crying for them just to do their job only to have them make me repeat what I have given them 5-6 times! I have sent emails explaining step by step the errors that needed corrected. I have told 4 -5 employees step by step and nothing changes, I have lost work time, personal time and buisness opportunities. My Fall promotions not possible as my vendors require a working website in order to advertise. My question is WHY? This isn't rocket science. I hired them because while I had all of the photos and content ready, I didn't have the time to create the site. They refuse to give me to a supervisor or contact info to one. What can be done now that the damage is done? How can I prevent anyone else from going through this?

Conor was able to address my issue within 5 mins of answering my call. He understood the trouble and stress this process can cause when you don't know what you're doing. Provided additional info to help me going forward. Also engaged in a fun conversation during my mental meltdown and got me through it! Appreciate him!
