Dear future customers of Namecheap,to inform you that on April 9th I received an automatic system email informing me that the migration of my professional account (364 professional) to microsoft would start!I was super stressed about such procedure which I hadn't submitted, replied by mail, no answer, then I called customer hotline...on 10th morning. for a quick fix that turned out inefficient as Immediately after couldn't access my prof mail any longer, I spent the last 24 hours, trying to obtain an explanation and solution from Namecheap support team via chat, whatsapp, emails, tel...also called microsoft support team (need to wait at least 1 hour before reaching out someone, and line can be cut!). it seems somebody "malicious host" which entered by Namecheap account with all details, except wrong IP, as i could check, sent this instruction.It is Extremely worrying, frustrating, time and energy taking. For no result at this time. So no access to my prof for last 8 days!!!I communicated with at least 15 different support persons from Go Daddy, each giving me different instructions, process options, pushing me again to Microsoft! asking me over and over the same questions...I am just out of a 1h30 mns call with Namecheap support team, and they promised i would get an email with solution and next step right away, I am still waiting 1 hour after this long call..what they told me is that the issue is escaladed, But seems not...This is a VERY VERY BAD experience.I just hope to get my email restored then I will manage to move out of Goddady and hopefully they will reimburse me the 500 Euros worth of hopeless access to email and 365 business professiona which i renewed on MArch 14th for one more year. RIght now i feel totally hopeless and confused about Go Daddy. So be extremely cautious before signing in with them.
