Email security has not been the best. I've been hacked and have tried now for the 5th time to resolve the issues of someone sending emails from them and me getting a bunch of phishing junk. So we will see if we finally got everything cleaned up.

They did a great job talking with me when I have questions and actually did the updates for me that I needed.

This has happened to me three times now — I update my DNS settings, and after a few days, they just get removed on their own. Then when I contact support, they say something like *“we’re doing some work on the backend, once it’s done everything will be resolved.”* This is honestly really poor service. It's not just a one-time thing — it’s happened three times already. My live website suddenly starts redirecting to their landing page without any warning. That’s completely unacceptable.

April's patience was exceptional. I am 78 and tech inept, I would never have been able to go online myself and make changes to my account. I am so thankful for her expertise and knowledge of her product!
