I’ve had an absolutely shocking experience with Namecheap that’s put my business at risk and they can’t even communicate with me. Three days ago my domain was locked, leaving my website and email systems down. In that time I’ve lost tens of thousands of pounds of business, with huge reputation so loss. Whats even worse is my account was locked, nobody has tried to communicate with me, and they keep telling me to email a team in the US who will respond within 72-hours with more information. My business is at risk of collapse purely because of this issue. In 15-years of business I’ve never known anything like this. It’s absolutely shocking.
