I wanted to share how relieved I am. I had a rather tricky time with my site being down and needing tech support to reset the DNS. It took some time and the call ticket had to be escalated. Finally we were able to resolve the matter. What impressed me the most was the knowledgeable assistance from the techs and their patience with me since, it was challenging explaining what was causing the issues we had to work together to figure it out. It wasn't just a matter of taking extra long to propagate the new DNS settings. Support like this in any business is what brings the customer back and keeps them loyal. Thanks Namecheap.

I have been a Namecheap customer for almost 24 years and they have always provided outstanding customer service. Every time I have a renewal come up I shop around and although their prices might be a little higher than some, they are also a bit less than others, but I still feel like I am getting a great value for my money.

Namecheap has superb customer service reps. In comparing them to Enom which I had the displeasure of having to sort out a matter the very day before I had to sort out a banking issue with Namecheap, the difference was night and day. First off and foremost, you can't get a rep by phone with Enom. You're pretty much on your own to read and figure things out! I'm transferring my Enom domains as soon as they're up for renewal!!!
