Namecheap is the best company ever! Every single time I call them with questions, they are very good at answering my questions with politeness and professionalism. I highly recommend them and have recommended to friends who are looking to build a website.

Namecheap, April Marie on this call is fantastic. Our company has always had the best service using Namecheap. A third party designed our website and it was hosted by SquareSpace. We had a problem, our website is saying it has expired. We cannot fix the problem with square space because you can not speak with an actual person there and emails are difficult because they claim we don't have the right credentials to access it account. Basically our website has been hijacked and we can't rectify the situation through email. Namecheap makes life so much easier.

I had a terrific experience with the security technician who helped me today. He was clear, concise and of course helpful. He solved my problem quickly.My earlier experiences the techs on your chat platform were not all helpful. I was never sure if they were techs or sales people as they would look at my problem, give me a boiler plate and confusing link and then try to sell me a very expensive service.If you want good help from Namecheap, use your phone.

Run like hell. New mgt. Bad. I had not paid my yearly for 2 websites which generated $. They deleted my websites. Both websites had Namecheap emails. They have my phone #, and would call yealy to upsell me. No call, no email to 2 emails. They did send an email to an unused old emergency email. That is all they did. Deleted my websites, wow!
