Although my problem was not fully resolved by Go Daddy it wasn’t because of them. And it wasn’t because they didn’t try either. Go Daddy was such a pleasure to work with and on my time! My CS Agent should get an award for his customer service to me!!

I recently bought a domain name, the name was wrong in my products page. I contacted Namecheap support and filled out a refund exemption form on the 14th of October. I contacted customer service and they said they would put a note in my file that I contacted them for an update on 8/23 and I should contact them again in 24 hours. I told them that I would buy the right domain name once my refund was processed. Today I contacted them again. I asked about the status of the refund request That was submitted 2 weeks ago. I was told by Komal that I needed to wait another 10 days to get a reply. I have already waited 2 weeks and the representative was extremely unhelpful compared to the past representatives. They did not even look at my file to see I already placed a refund request and wanted me to file another refund exemption request and wait another 10 days. What was a hopeful experience is no longer hopeful. The representative took little effort to look up the information and ensure that I would stay a customer. I have been using Namecheap for almost a decade.

The first time I called on 10/24/24, we were not able to resolve my problem. However, when I called the 2nd time I got the most fantastic person - Bill - who was able to quickly resolve my problem. Thank you so very much!!!!

I had an important issue and the representative I received was a professional and pleasant person who handled the concern efficiently and quickly. Jen does a great job.

The site is easy to use via smartphone or laptop but I did need to call in twice for help. Although I had to go through the initial digital prompts I waited less than the expected 2 minutes to get to a live agent. The agent was very efficient, courteous and kind, even allowing me to take a quick business call that came through while speaking with her. I'm glad to have Namecheap as my provider.

I've been using Namecheap for maybe 8 - 10 years now and I don't typically need their assistance, however today I did..The Namecheap Tech guy was on the phone after a short two-minute wait and, after I explained my dilemma, he walked me through the fix in no time flat - I was back to work in less than 8 minutes. These guys are the best!
