I paid for a 2 year plan, I thought that would allow me to manage and do as I want. Nevertheless they keep sending me email to pay for extra services and now they keep telling me the website will be deleted THIS COMPANY IS GARBAGE, THEY'RE COLD AND GREEDY. ONLY IF I KNEW THIS WOULD HAPPEN I WOULD HAVE NEVER PAID A DIME

I was suddenly having trouble accessing my account and needed to do a password reset. Normally, this is a simple process, but I was having an issue with my browser functioning properly. Even though I’m a retired computer professional, I was unable to resolve the issue myself. This was my first call to customer service and the representative handled the situation perfectly.She was professional, efficient, and not only resolved the issues with the reset, but also helped me with my browser issue. I couldn’t have asked for a better interaction and result.
