Good Customer Service and Products

Namecheap has been my service provider for all of my domain names and I have many. I strongly recommend Namecheap.

So far my experience with Namecheap has been appalling. The website builder is glitchy and the webchat team have been the most unhelpful. I have ben trying to upload pics and make slight product changes to my listings on my website before going live and every time I try to change something I get an error message. It is absolutely infuriating.

I’ve been trying to transfer my primary domain from Namecheap for months due to security concerns, but their customer service has been terrible. Despite having multiple domains with them, I received no clear answers or help when I needed it. Instead, I was met with upselling tactics and unhelpful representatives. Now, my domain has expired, and they demand a renewal fee before I can even transfer it, incurring unnecessary costs. Avoid Namecheap if you need reliable support, they only want to get your money.

I have such a great experience with Namecheap products I've used their domains, websites and other products for more than one business for many years. The Customer Service and Tech Support team is always very kind and knowledgeable whenever I may need them. I wouldn't use any other products. They are my go to for everything.
