The Customer Service Representative, Margo, was outstanding!!

Go Daddy charged my $324.00 for Outlook that I already paid $694 in Feb. They refuse to refund. Note that Consumer Affairs has 1,200 One Star ratings - 95%

I've had a great experience with Namecheap. I love the US-based support, and the staff are wonderful. Building a website is quite straightforward with the tools. The plans are reasonably priced. I am happy with Namecheap so far.

Every call I have ever made to Namecheap Support has been 1000% satisfaction! It didn't matter if it was something that I missed or something I wasn't able to find, they were ALWAYS polite, they actually listened to my concern and questions, and they politely and helpfully got me to what I needed to do. The Customer Support folks are Pure Gold in my book. I have never had anything less than an excellent experience.

I must say I have had Namecheap for over a year and I had a few problems recently in which I had to call customer service. I was not only answered by a live person but I didn't get the run around.
