Calling into sales actually was direct and supplied the technical support I needed as well and resolved issues about what the best program would be. Namecheap at first was difficult to use as I am new to creating website, etc. I first used chat to "fix" an issue, which wasn't a great experience. Today I called in for another issue and the rep was amazing! Great expeirence!

Even the customer service is top tier! I had a few concerns and I was a bit confused on what I needed to do to resolve them. I spoke with a Customer Service rep (Alex) and he was amazing, he even educated me on additional security features that would help me and my business in the long run.

Disappointed. Spoke to a girl that seemed to have little understanding of the product, but she took my £100.00. She then claimed she would put me to her partners in the Sales team and evidently the said team were abroad. Annoyingly, once transferred, they were closed! (Why would the company transfer me to a centre that was closed?!). I don’t know what to do now. No doubt there will be a complicated time consuming way to navigate the site, to include but not limited to applying a million verification codes, i will be asked for codes l can’t find, and probably be asked to stand on one foot, and all that. Does anyone know of a good user friendly webpage design company?

But the best news about Namecheap is that when I have an issue or cause a problem, they have and provide the best, I mean every time 6-10 times, I have called, the best customer help agents ever! The website and app are easy to use and navigate to get where you want to. Pricing is clear. It was nice being able to speak with an actual person in customer service when I had an issue. It was also great to have things be easily resolved without much going-around or difficulty.
