The was a bug in the Namecheap email service that caused several emails I had sent to not reach the recipient. According to their tech support, this is a very rare issue. Nonetheless, it's a possibility about which users should be aware. It then took y60 minutes on hold, and 2 hours working with Tech support to resolve the issue. Positives: I was impressed by the Tech Support I got. Danilo (the tech) had to physically go to visit their backend engineers to diagnose the problem and devise a solution. The fix required a change of email plan, and they waived the incremental cost of the plan.

Just an update from my previous comment. After Namecheap charged me over £700 in hidden feess, they finally sent me an email saying:"Thank you for submitting this request. After reviewing the information provided, we are unable to approve this out-of-policy refund request. Please review our Legal Agreements found at the bottom of our website."In other words, if you buy with Namecheap, be careful—the'll hit you with hidden fees and then tell you to read the fine print. Total scam. Beware!

Terrible customer service, unresolved issue for weeks!I have been trying to access my Namecheap account since February 25, and despite speaking with four different assistants, sending countless emails, and spending hours with customer support, my issue remains unresolved.I am traveling between India, Sri Lanka, and Bali, and I cannot receive SMS verification codes to log in. This is not a password issue, yet Namecheap support keeps asking me to reset my password, which does nothing to solve the real problem.I have also filled out two account recovery forms, despite never losing my account, and still, no solution has been provided. The level of incompetence I have experienced is simply unacceptable.I am losing valuable work time because of this, and Namecheap has done nothing to help. I need a solution immediately. If you rely on your website for business, stay away from Namecheap—their customer support is useless, and their security system is flawed.

Go Daddy has a "transactional" site / business that is punching way below potential. It works for the basics but could do much more. Read the review.Note; I tried to opt out of this review - but your comms seemed to lock me out of declining this review.

The first 2 years everything was fine. Now I am facing issues with the email Microsoft essentials. Login issues, the system keeps logging me out automatically and gets me to re-login. Even when I login after, the email/ teams doesn't load. It keeps having an error message. I've hung on for a few more months and it was very frustrating. I am cancelling my subscription and moving to another provider. The customer service makes it difficult to cancel as well.

After checking a demo conversation and paid the premium plan, I have received an video in which 3 of the participants aren't heard. CS took over 24 hours and still has not provided a solution.

0 star! There is NO WAY this company isn’t being fraudulent with their reviews as well as their practices! They robbed me of over $1000 after being a customer for a decade. I prepaid for a product for 3 years that they deleted after less than 1! My response well over the allotted time was “ no refund refer to policies on our website”. Please highlight the policy where it says okay to delete a PREPAID business website , and then upsell them and try to build them another one ( it’s already been paid for ). Oh and then speak to reps that charge you SSL of $135 and say that’s all required your site will be back in 24hrs which was a complete lie. Go listen to the phone calls with 3 reps I spoke with! This company is fraudulent illegal robbing trash! People get sued for this type of shit.

Beware! Namecheap, is running a scam operation under the name of Afternick that refuses to pay domain sellers after a successful sale. I sold a domain and despite their repeated claims that the payment was "successfully processed," I never received a dime. After waiting over 10 days, I contacted my bank, and they confirmed that Namecheap LLC never even attempted to send the money. At first, they claimed the payment was completed. Then, when I pressed them further, they changed their story and said the bank rejected it—a blatant lie. My bank confirmed that they do not block incoming payments, and if there were an issue, the funds would have been held temporarily. That never happened because they never sent the money in the first place.I repeatedly asked for a SWIFT transaction document, which would prove whether a payment was made. They refused to provide it and instead sent an internal receipt from their payment processor—a document that means absolutely nothing and cannot be used to trace a transaction. My wife works at the bank and personally verified that not a single payment attempt was made.Namecheap owns Afternic, which makes this even worse—a major company running a shady, fraudulent scheme. If you’re thinking about selling domains through Afternic, DON’T—they will take your domain and never pay you. I will be removing all my domains from Namecheap and warning everyone to stay far away. If this is not resolved, legal action will follow.

I don't even know where to start. Firstly, GoDdady sold my domain, which had not even expired. It was auctioned, and then I repurchased it for $1,300, my domain. And now, my entire website is down, and emails are not working, It's now week 3, and there is no domain despite my spending $1300, and their agents told me it will reflect in my account. This company has cost me a lot of money, and I have lost clients at the expense of their errors. I want the domain that I bought, please!

Let me just say this if you want to keep you job and provide for your family, don't come to this daycare. I have a Friend a single mother that had a kid that has been there for a 1 week, and a half says they never open their place of business on time. It states that they are to open at 6:30am, guess what not true they show up one day at 6:40am. They should change the time to 7:00am. Everyday their late you would think they would be there 20 or 15 min earlier to make sure that everything is ready for the kids to come in. Please save your money and time found somewhere else to go, if you take your child there make sure you don't have a job or make sure you still have a job. You will see just how these people are unprofessional with time.

Sadly, not fit for purpose. Was making DNS changes, all good, got lots of 2FA codes, all good. Then, the system said I had made too many requests for codes, and I should try back in 24 hours.Speaking to support, they're not much help. Now I have a domain which I can't make changes to, can't turn off 2FA because 2FA is locked, because I used it too many times.System not fit for purpose sadly, can't transfer my domain away, because it's locked. Terrible

Go Daddy offers a sham merchant processing system and when you call to get help they ID your number and disconnect you when transferred to the department for help to resolve the merchant issue. In Jan was approved to market travel industry training modules and had several transaction complete until a larger order was completed. The larger order set off a hold and flag about the transaction. Provided a copy of client order form and agreement with payment link sent to client who paid then once Go Daddy showed process delivered the product to customer. Happened last week then between bein notified processed another 16 smaller transacaitons that were all held. When called to get help was told would expedited release of funds with over $4800 held with all customers paid, signed order forms and delivered products. Go Daddy back office shows all processed but today email sent denied and shut down and sent link of what was violated as category which was not a violation let alone any real commination. Insulting email gave me choice to refund all clients that were delivered all products plus my company absorb refund fees after approved by Go Daddy and money taken from customers cards. Next option wait 120 days 4 months to see if any charge backs then issue payment! My company now on the hook to pay my vendors and absorb losses when my company was pre approved for exactly what sold! This sham looks like way to generate fees when approving and processing clients cards then decline issuing payment for 11 days then come back with ability to process was denied. Go Daddy is a horrible company and regret getting merchant processing let alone 8 years of domain purchases as a loyal customer! Now having to file FTC, State attorney general complaint to try to get my customers to repay on another system! Imagine having to go back to customers to ask to pay again but will not pay until they see the reversal that takes up to 60 days! What a clown show! Not one historical charge back or other issue! They DO NOT want your merchant business!

I used Go Daddy for years to manage Domains and I just used the look up tool for a domain domain- only to check back and find the price suddenly jumped from $249 to over $2000. After some searching, I found others with similar experiences. Trust broken - im out
