I had a disappointing experience with this provider. The products are overpriced, and the user interface is confusing and difficult to navigate. Every service comes with a charge, and I was even billed for additional services I never requested.In my case, I purchased a domain name, and without my clear consent, email services were added to my account. These emails were never activated or used, yet I was still charged for them. When I reached out to customer support, they were polite but ultimately unhelpful—refusing any refund or goodwill gesture.Considering the high prices, poor platform design, and lack of flexibility or understanding from support, I cannot recommend this company—especially when there are better, more transparent alternatives available.

They were able to figure out what was wrong and helped me to fix it. I was a bit confused by the directions but they stuck with me until I understood what they meant for me to do. However I wasn't prepared to be disconnected after clearing the cache and thought I was going to have to start all over again.

Absolutely dreadful experience, I have been trying to set up a reseller account for three weeks now. There are no techs that have any idea on how to set this up. Every time they tell you something will be done it's a lie it's not done. Escalating it to another level means that they're just postponing your agony. Still trying to get my resell or account set up and it's just not working.

I've been using Namecheap for around 20 years. They used to be ok but they are a nightmare to deal with now. It's been getting progressively worse over the last 4 years.Their prices are high and yet their customer service is atrocious.1. Without fail my customer number is NOT recognised when I call up for support.2. 16 minutes wait time for support.3. They are sending me out reminders to renew a product (SSL certificate) which I have already cancelled.In the last 4 years I must have spent at least 8 hours on the phone to Namecheap resolving issues. Do not get involved with this company!

My experience with Namecheap has been nothing short of a nightmare. They charge extra for absolutely everything, and their customer service is beyond terrible. Even after expressing my concerns about their overpriced services and making it clear that I wanted nothing to do with them, they kept trying to upsell me expensive products. When I refused, they disconnected the chats, forcing me to start over again to try and get help.One time, I wasted 5 hours trying to make a change in their system, only for them to repeatedly disconnect the chat, seemingly on purpose. It was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. To make matters worse, people I know are paying outrageous amounts—$600 to $800 annually—for services that would cost only $100 to $150 with other companies.I strongly advise against doing any business with Namecheap. There are plenty of better, more affordable options out there. Save yourself the frustration and choose another provider.

Feb 2018 bought my domain name for $800, I find out on March 15 2025, they resold it and it’s now on Sale for $1,999. On March 22, they sent an email saying the other domain name was removed …. Yet they never even ask did I want to sell my Domain name…. Deborahfoster.com they just Stole/Took it and made more $$$$

Horrible, absolutely the worse customer service I have ever dealt with. I was on a text chat trying to talk about renewal for over 3 hours because the agent I was speaking with kept giving me different quotes, not answering my questions, being inconsistent with costs, etc. Unfortunately we need the domain for our website, but be very very wary and careful about what you are paying. There are many hidden and undisclosed fees.

Go Daddy seems to have nobody in CS in Phoenix or North America. Their call center is in Indonesia. I was on the phone yesterday for 3 hours trying to find someone to help with Microsoft 365 email issues that I was FORCED into taking by Go Daddy and found out that when God Daddy installed it, Go Daddy's superb tech dept., did not synchronize the email addresses at the back end took. Once I got to Irene, she said that it would take at least another hour at her end to finish. I could not wait to do that and her offer was to call me back today, at my office at 5 pm Eastern. It is now 5.13 pm eastern, as I left my family today, Saturday March 22, 2025 to be here for ,as usual , the call that never comes.Now I have to call back in again, talk to some clown in Indonesia , and probably wait 4 hours to resolve the issue, if it gets solved at all hopefully.Hey Go Daddy founders, buy back some of your company, or at least have the PE firm bring cs back to North America. You guys used to be great, 20 minutes on hold max, not 3 hours, and problems got solved straight away.

Hi today I Experienced A long call with GoDaady Customer care team member Mr Benjamin 3989 to resolve an issue and process refund. From the beginning of my call, he understood the situation and told me it might take long but he will try to help me and Resolve my request. During the call he guided me step by step all the entries and then working on his side as well at the same time talking to his supervisors and getting instructions and keeping me on call with his very polite manners. After a long call of more than one hour, he was able to resolve and process the refund which we will be getting in 1 to 2 working days in our financial institute. I just want to congratulate the Management of Namecheap to pick and hire a team member like Benjamin. He is truly dedicated and very Intelligent in well deserved position.
