Jennifer and her colleagues worked round the clock with me to resolve the tech issue I had with a stalled email account. Jennifer stayed on the phone with me for 2 hours. Each time she put me on hold, she reminded me that " although I would hear dead air, she could still hear me and she was going to stay with me until the issues was resolved." My husband's construction company had a very important potential client that we had to email within 24 hours. Without a business email, we would have lost our credibility. It was a very stressful situation, but Jennifer got us through it with her perseverence and abilty to think outside the box in order to meet our deadline.
