Recently renewed several long-standing domains &: can attest I've been a client of Namecheap for many years & encountered no problems or difficulties that could not be quickly resolved, so I can honestly recommend the service as reliable. Only quibble I have is they revised their website awhile back which made some pages inoperative on my old browser & I had to upgrade my MacOS to accommodate. But that may be a good thing in the long run...

i have been double charged and raised issue with them since 25 april. till date they didnt rectify and even rejected my refund request. what's worse is their customer service keep going missing. worst customer service ever, will not renew.
