I've used Namecheap for many years, and when I wanted to make changes to my products, I was again reminded of how great their customer service is. I called on a weekend and got a swift response and assistance in making the changes I wanted. The agent was polite, helpful and had me set up in just a few minutes.

They have the worst support ever. Coupled of times i will write support and will be the one to get issue resolved or guide the support staff what to do. They rely solely on copy + paste script that you will write something and they spit out Bogus Information not even relating to your request. Did transfer away some of my domain and got email say i could stay for $11.99 instead of $21.99. Someone like me who manage some domain portfolio, I can't afford the extra $10+ even though the $11.99 was still more than what i paid to transfer. I asked support if i could lock in the $11.99 for the rest of the domains which ere yet to be transfered, My request was not even understood even after providing the email. Finally , They said i could renew at €19.55. What is the difference between $21.99 and €19.55. At least one is smaller. Hahaha
